1. Service Authorization
By scheduling a service or leaving your vehicle at our facility, you authorize MC AUTOMIC to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. You also grant our technicians permission to operate your vehicle on public roads strictly for testing and diagnostic verification.
2. Estimates & Diagnostics
All initial estimates are based on preliminary diagnostic telemetrics and visual inspections. Should our technicians uncover additional anomalies during the repair process, work will be paused, and you will be contacted for further authorization before any additional charges are incurred.
3. Parts & Hardware
We exclusively utilize OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or Tier-1 aftermarket equivalent components to guarantee clinical precision. We do not install customer-supplied parts unless explicitly authorized by a lead technician, in which case all warranties are voided.
4. Warranties
Repairs performed by MC AUTOMIC are guaranteed under a limited warranty covering parts and labor for 12 months or 10,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This warranty applies strictly to the specific components replaced or repaired during the documented service interval.
5. Payment Protocol
Full payment is required upon completion of services and before the vehicle is released. We accept major credit networks, wire transfers, and verified digital payments. Vehicles left at our facility for over 72 hours post-completion may be subject to secure storage fees.
